Egg whites, roasted asparagus with 1/2 avocado, seared sweet potato side. Served with goat cheese and half a Texas bread toast.

Add sausage, chicken, or a side of meat for an additional charge.

Add an extra for an additional charge: whole egg, half avocado, bacon, sausage, chicken, or skirt steak.

Substitute egg white for a vegan egg for an additional charge.
